We design/build decks, patios, fences, arbors, trellises etc. for homes of all types. We do all types of stone and tile work, but our specialty is dry-laid [no mortar/permeable] stonework. We strive to match the current style of the home in a manner which is regionally and climatically appropriate in order to meet the homeowner’s desires. We incorporate ecologically sound, bay friendly practices in all aspects of our work. We also design and build outdoor furniture using ‘drift-lumber’ or wood which has been salvaged from bay area beaches. Although we are known for our rustic styles, we design and build finely-finished pieces as well. All of our work is of the highest quality.
Although our focus is on locally native plants here in the East Bay, we also design/install landscapes within two hours of the East Bay and grow many rare and unusual native plants in our nursery from all over the state of California.
